The Wine Coaches

As certified Sommelier and experienced wine educators, The Wine Coaches can assist restaurants, hotels, and resorts in a number of ways, including:

• Special Events (Wine Tastings or Wine-Themed Dinners)
• Staff Training (Wine Sales and Service)
• Consultation (Create and/or Manage Wine Program)

The Wine Coaches currently manage a number of restaurant wine lists and created a Wine Spectator “Award of Excellence” wine list in 2009 for the Consulate Dining Lounge at the Royal Ambassador Event Centre in Caledon East, Ontario.

Programs can be as brief as one hour, or as comprehensive as a full day, or over multiple-days as required. Consultation services are available on a project basis, or on-going.
